Please print out this form and submit together with registration fees or deposit (on-line registration coming soon).

Payment and Refund Policy: A $25 deposit reserves a seat for a student. Deposits are refundable one-week prior to the start of class. Sorry, but no refunds after that except in the event of cancellation of a class; credit only for comparable service within 30 days. If coupon or a discounted fee is used, the entire fee is due at that time. Only one discount applicable.

Company POs or vouchers are acceptable at net 30 days and a finance charge of 1.5% per month past due applies.

All other payments and balances are due in full the Friday before the class begins. Please make checks or money orders payable to: Freehold Computer Center. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a class and notify the Center 24 hours in advance, you can attend another class or make-up one-half the time privately within 30 days.

Private Students: All cancellations require 24 hours advance notice. One make-up lesson is permitted per 16 hours of enrollment; subsequent cancellations are subject to charge without make-ups. 8 hr. block fee: 8 hours must be completed with five weeks.

Company-only classes: Classes will be held regardless of the number of students able to attend once a class is scheduled.

The Center prides itself in being personable and being able to communicate technical know-how in an easy, understandable manner. So if there is anything in the above policies that is not clear, please, please, let's discuss it before there is any misunderstanding.
